Josephine Cuthill

Certified Pilates Instructor/
Therapeutic pilates

After an injury set Josephine back in 2010 from her day to day movement she was in search of a return to everyday mobility. When she discovered thoughtful movement could help her get out of pain and regain strength it ignited a passion to learn about movement as medicine. Her mission is to learn and share what she knows and help others feel, move and live well in their bodies.

While her main goal is to improve the mechanics and function of the body she is also keen to help optimize performance. Josephine has been an off ice coach for competitive figure skaters since 2019, helping them rehab, prevent injuries and maintain a balanced body. And while she enjoys working with all populations she enjoys improving performance for athletes and artists and working with women in mid life.

Josephine’s extensive Pilates training includes Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Therapeutic Pilates and since 2012 she has also successfully completed her Essentrics Instructor Certification (Level 4), Barre Fitness Instructor Certification (IBBFFA), Holistic Nutritionist Certification (Alive Academy) and Classical Pilates Certification.

Andrea Evans

Certified Pilates Instructor

Andrea got started in Pilates about 15 years ago to work on general strength and conditioning, and stumbled into the therapeutic benefits for a chronic injury. Over the years, Pilates has supported her in everything from portaging to martial arts, and pottery to working at a desk job, and she realized she wanted to learn to teach and help others experience the therapeutic and functional benefits of Pilates. She is certified in mat and reformer Pilates through Pilates Process, and is continuing to work on certifications to build on her interest in therapeutic teaching. She enjoys introducing people to Pilates, and working with their curiosity to see what it can do for their other movement practices.
