At The Movement Arts Lab we are dedicated to helping artists thrive with longevity of career in mind.

Whether you are a dancer, singer, or actor, we want to offer resources that can help with career longevity, peak performance, and injury management.  We understand that your body is your livelihood, and that the demands the industry places on one’s instrument are intense. The Movement Arts Lab was created to offer support and real solutions from a Movement and Neuro approach.

The Movement Arts Lab is a developing project and a dedicated online space designed for artists.

Accessibility is a priority of the Lab, making it easy for you to connect and learn no matter where you are. The Lab offers a diverse range of online and in person resources to help you thrive in your craft.

ACCESSIBILITY

COMMUNITY

We are dedicated to continuing our education to provide evidence based information, drawing from current movement science, and seeking guidance and influence from other health care professionals.

Finances should not be a barrier for accessing care for injury management, we believe in providing resources that you can access from anywhere in the world, and at a cost that is affordable or on a sliding scale.

We are committed to fostering partnerships in the arts community and beyond with like minded professionals and companies who strive to uplift artists around with globe.

The Lab is not just a virtual space; it’s also a hub of creativity and collaboration.

We want to create a space for like-minded professionals to collaborate on accessible resources, and help artists break free of the stigma surrounding injury. With weekly, affordable movement classes, pop-up events, and partnerships, we bring the arts community together to inspire and uplift.
