Both began their professional journeys as performers, navigating the challenges of injuries, overuse, mental and performance anxiety, and the pressures of a demanding career. Early on, they discovered that traditional training alone didn’t provide the tools to truly support the body and mind- until they found a brain-based approach.
They first met as young teenagers in ballet school, and over the years, performed professionally and internationally. Through their own journeys-recovering from injuries, returning to dance after life changes (including motherhood for Lily!), and learning to fall more in love with the art- they realized just how amazing the body is when we work with the nervous system instead of against it.
They both work 1:1 with clients, and have seen firsthand that dancers achieve better results, more enjoyment, and sustainable progress when guided with a brain-based, individualized approach.
I booked an appointment with her years ago when she began her practice on the advice of a friend who said I would feel more energized and focussed. She was right. I have been working with Lily ever since. She tailors your sessions to both your needs and your goals. The pay off, both physically and mentally are incredible.

and Lily was able to help me correct my pains and instabilities from repetitive holding patterns while treating. She gave me fantastic cues that I have been able to apply to my practice to self correct when I feel myself slipping into old habits.
