A global training platform for dancers and teachers to elevate training and performance.
Dancers and teachers traditionally try to solve movement challenges with more effort and repetition.
As a result, progress can feel slow, difficult, and frustrating. Mobility, strength, control, and ease are all a natural outcome of a well integrated nervous system.
Charlene is a retired professional dancer who now works 1:1 with clients from all walks of life and across a wide range of ages and abilities. She supports people in active aging, injury recovery, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and of course, dancers.
Her favourite performance experiences include working on cruise ships and performing in an aerial show at Tokyo DisneySea.
She is now dancing again just for fun, but who knows what the future holds — for now, she does it for the joy of it.
Charlene is passionate about helping dancers and teachers who feel like they’ve lost their spark or love for movement. She supports them in reconnecting with their bodies, rebuilding confidence, and rediscovering the strength and enjoyment that brought them to dance in the first place.
Lily is a professional dancer and educator working at the intersection of neuroscience, rehabilitation, and dance training.
Through her performing career, she developed deep insight into the technical demands of dance, injury cycles, and the pressures of high-level performance. But it wasn’t until becoming a mother and navigating her own return to dance that she became deeply interested in rehabilitation and return-to-performance strategies.
This led her to expand her movement education through The Neuro Studio, where she discovered how profoundly nervous system training can influence rehabilitation, coordination, performance, and longevity in a career that depends so heavily on the body.
Lily now works privately with dancers and educators, with a particular interest in injury recovery, performance optimization, and pre/postnatal support for dancers. She is passionate about bridging clinical understanding with practical dance application, helping dancers move with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Neuroscience shows that movement is not driven by muscles, effort, or conscious thinking alone. It is shaped by how the brain integrates information from the sensory systems.
The three main systems that guide movement are the visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems.
When you want to improve movement outcomes, it starts with improving the quality of information the brain receives.
This is why we believe dance training needs to evolve.
I booked an appointment with her years ago when she began her practice on the advice of a friend who said I would feel more energized and focussed. She was right. I have been working with Lily ever since. She tailors your sessions to both your needs and your goals. The pay off, both physically and mentally are incredible.

and Lily was able to help me correct my pains and instabilities from repetitive holding patterns while treating. She gave me fantastic cues that I have been able to apply to my practice to self correct when I feel myself slipping into old habits. My time with Lily was invaluable and I cannot recommend her highly enough!
