Introducing Our Six Week Neuro Dance Movement Series!

This six-week series is designed for dancers who are ready to rewire patterns, rebuild foundations, and elevate their performance and artistry. Dance teachers will also gain cutting-edge tools to bring back to their students, deepening their understanding of what a brain-based approach truly means - and how it can help dancers reach their goals more effectively.

We’ll take the time to break down dance technique into the biomechanics required to perform each movement - while also identifying possible sensory gaps in the brain that may be limiting your ability to access certain positions, ranges, or actions.

Each class weaves together:

Dance technique foundations** (ballet, modern, and jazz)

Neuroscience-based cueing** for precision and control

Educational insights** that help you understand *why* your body moves the way it does

Pilates repertoire** to improve alignment, strength, and awareness

If you’ve ever felt like you don’t have the time in class to really dive into *how* to execute a step better - or if your teacher’s cues don’t seem to “move the dial” for you - this series is for you.

If you’ve had injuries or are recovering from one and want to train in a way that prioritizes pain-free movement, efficiency, and awareness rather than force, you’ll find the tools and space to rebuild intelligently.

If you find yourself focusing on remembering combinations instead of understanding *how* your body is moving, this series will help you reconnect to your technique from the inside out.

You’ll learn how sensory feedback and brain-based inputs - like pressure, touch, and visual or vestibular cues - can dramatically change how you move and feel in your dancing. We’ll explore how to activate the right muscles, reduce gripping and compensation patterns, and improve mobility, stability, and balance. It’s time to work smarter, not harder. Real technical change starts at the level of the nervous system.

By the end of the series, you will have a deeper understanding of your body and brain-and how to move with more freedom, accuracy, and confidence. You'll walk away with strategies to continue improving your technique long after the series ends, grounded in both science and artistry.
