Most dance training focuses on strength, flexibility, and repetition—but often misses a critical piece: the nervous system.

Our online drop-in classes are built on dance training foundations with a brain based approach. You will learn how sensory feedback and brain based inputs- like pressure, touch, and visual or vestibular cues- can dramatically change how you move and feel in your dancing.

We offer a rotating lineup of online, skill-focused classes that support dancers in jumps, turns, mobility, and performance elements—while also helping uncover and address movement dysfunction at its root. Drop in to our Neuro Dance Concepts and Neuro Dance Flow classes, or join us for the entire month with our all access pass. All classes are recorded with access to a 7 day replay.

When the nervous system isn’t addressed, dancers can hit plateaus, feel unstable, or work harder than necessary to achieve results. When we work with the brain, movement becomes clearer, safer, and more efficient.

Flow

Neuro Dance Concepts is a foundational class for dancers who want to move with greater clarity, coordination, and efficiency. Each month focuses on one core element of dance technique, using brain-based strategies to help your body learn more effective movement patterns that directly support your dancing.

All classes are recorded with a 7 day replay access.

Neuro Dance Flow builds upon the foundations established in the Concepts class, shifting from focused learning into integration and flow. While Concepts is where we introduce and clarify new movement patterns, Flow is where those patterns are integrated, reinforced, and tested within continuous movement and changing conditions. From a nervous system perspective, flow matters because it allows learning to consolidate.

All classes are recorded with a 7 day replay access.

Many dancers are taught what a movement should look like, but not how the joints, muscles, and sensory systems need to work together to produce it. This class fills in those missing foundations — even for very familiar steps and positions.

Classes include a blend of:

  • Dance-based technique work
  • Pilates and targeted strengthening exercises
  • Brain-based strategies using visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive input

This class is appropriate for dancers of all levels and is especially valuable for dancers who want to refine their technique, improve consistency, and understand what their body actually needs in order to move well.

Neuro Dance Flow

Guided by the same monthly theme, this class progresses technique into longer, fluid sequences that feel more like choreography.

Using rhythm, musical phrasing, and momentum, we explore which movement patterns hold under speed, complexity, and transition - and where the system still needs support.

Drawing from barre work, standing sequences, and multiple dance styles, Neuro Dance Flow emphasizes coordination, musicality, expressive range, and ease of transition, while continuing to use neuro-based cueing to support efficiency, clarity, and precision.

You can think of Flow as the space where structured practice becomes embodied movement.

Key Elements of a Flow Class:

  • Increased pace with greater movement complexity
  • Longer, choreographic-style sequences
  • Use of rhythm and music as sensory input
  • Application of concepts developed in Neuro Dance Concepts

Prior participation in Neuro Dance Concepts is encouraged but not required.
